Inventory and bundle issues
A pack quantity looks wrong
Check the physical stock variant and “physical units per sale.” A 5-pack that consumes five individual items should point to the single physical stock variant with a quantity of 5.
Stock was edited directly in Shopify
UnitStock listens for Shopify inventory changes and recalculates connected pack and bundle availability. If the result does not update, include the location and affected SKUs in your message.
A product or variant was deleted
UnitStock removes or updates affected setups when Shopify reports a product change. Review the setup list before recreating the deleted product or connecting a replacement variant.
A custom mix-and-match bundle does not reduce stock
Confirm your storefront selector sends the documented hidden UnitStock component property with every chosen Shopify variant ID and quantity. Include a sample cart or order reference without customer details when asking for help.
Billing and installation
Shopify handles subscription approval and charges. For a declined payment, unexpected charge, plan change, cancellation, or reinstall issue, send us the shop domain and a screenshot of the Shopify billing message. Do not include full payment information.
