UnitStock
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of UnitStock. By installing or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of the Shopify merchant you represent.

1. The service
UnitStock is a Shopify app operated by SJL Ventures ApS (CVR 46390733), Allégade 23, 1., 5000 Odense C, Denmark. It helps merchants manage physical inventory, receive stock, and connect the availability of pack sizes, fixed bundles, and approved custom mix-and-match selections to real Shopify inventory.
UnitStock is an independent service and is not endorsed by or part of Shopify. Your use of Shopify remains subject to your agreements with Shopify.
2. Eligibility and merchant account
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and be authorized to act for the Shopify merchant that installs UnitStock. You are responsible for your Shopify account, authorized users, credentials, and all activity performed through your store.
3. Plans, trials, and billing
Current prices, billing periods, and any trial are shown in Shopify before approval. Subscriptions, invoices, taxes, plan changes, and payment authorization are processed through Shopify Billing. Charges begin when the applicable trial ends unless you cancel before then.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Shopify. Removing the app ends access to UnitStock and affects billing according to the terms displayed by Shopify. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- choose the correct physical stock variants, locations, quantities, and bundle components;
- review and test configurations before relying on them in a live store;
- monitor inventory and investigate unexpected adjustments or failed synchronizations;
- ensure custom storefront selectors send accurate variant IDs and quantities in the format documented by UnitStock; and
- use the service lawfully and within Shopify's policies.
You remain responsible for purchasing, fulfillment, stock counts, financial records, and decisions based on inventory information.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse UnitStock, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or billing, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malicious code, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or resell access without our written consent.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep UnitStock reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Shopify APIs, webhooks, merchant settings, third-party integrations, network failures, and maintenance can affect synchronization timing or results. We may improve, change, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid use where practical.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
UnitStock, its software, design, documentation, and branding belong to SJL Ventures ApS or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use UnitStock for your own Shopify business while your subscription is active. You keep ownership of your store data. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using UnitStock at any time by cancelling through Shopify or uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay an approved charge, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, UnitStock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. UnitStock assists with inventory calculations; it does not replace physical stock checks, accounting controls, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SJL Ventures ApS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from UnitStock. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for UnitStock during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Denmark, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects your paid use, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Questions can be sent to hello@lundgaardlab.com.
